Other groups are allowed to connect to our Web site without a written permission, and these organizations include:

• Government agencies;
• Search engines;
• News organizations;
• When we are listed in their online directory, online directory distributors might provide a link to our Web site in the same way that they are providing links to the Web sites of other listed businesses;

   

  And, Systemwide Accredited Businesses except the soliciting non-profit companies, charity shopping centers, and charity fundraising groups that cannot Hyperlink to our website.

  Our home page, any publications, or other website information may be linked to by these organizations but only in a way that is not misleading and NO false representation that such linking party has been endorsed or sponsored by us or that we have authorized such linking party to use our trademarks (or to imply the same).

   

  Other requests for links to the following kinds of organizations can be considered and approved under our sole discretion:

   

  • The third type of consumer information sources that are generally well-known are consumer and/or business information sources, including Chambers of Commerce, American Automobile Association, AARP, and Consumers Union;
  • Dot.com community websites;
  • Charitable associations or other organizations that represent charities, such as charity giving sites and online directory distributors;
  • Internet portals;
  • Law and accounting/consultants firms whose customers mainly are businesses;

   

  And educational establishments and trade associations.

   

  We only accept link requests from these organizations in case we decide that:

   

  (a) No unfavorable reflection would be directed onto us and our accredited businesses (for example, trade associations or other organizations representing inherently suspect types of business, such as work-at-home opportunities, shall not be allowed to link);

  (b)The organization is not on a poor record with us;

  (c) The visibility that comes with the hyperlink is more beneficial to us compared with the lack of and

  (d) Where the link is in connection with general resources information or otherwise aligned with editorial material in a newsletter or other product of that nature that supports organizational mission.

   

  Such organizations can link to our home page, to publications, or to some other Web site information as long as the link:

   

  (a) Not in many respect, is misleading;

  (b) Is in no way untrue or suggestive of sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services;

  (c) fits into the surroundings of the connecting party site.

   

  In case you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and you wish to have a link to our site then you need to inform us.

   

  At the very least, the following information is needed: Your name; your organization name, contact information (phone number and/or e-mail address) and the URL of your site, a list of any URLs you will be linking to our Web site and a list of the URL (s) on our Web site you would like to be linked to. Leave a follow-up of 2-3 weeks.

   

  Any approved organizations can create hyperlinks to our Web site as follows:

   

  • Under the name of our company; or
  • Through the application of the uniform resource locator (Web address), which is being referred to;
  • Through the application of any different name of our Website or material being linked to the one that fits within the framework of provisions and content to the linking party site.

   

  There will be no use of the cheaplikesfollowers’s logo or any other artwork that can be used to refer to each other without a trademark licensing deal.
