99% of problems can be solved by sending us a simple email – we ask that you please use our “Contact Us” page. Customer Service will contact you within 1 to 20 mins (usually less than 2 hours) with your file reviewed and hopefully a solution for you.

Eligible Refund Requests

Non-delivery of the product/service: sometimes, processing times are slower, and it takes a little longer for your order to finish. In this case, contact us for assistance. Non-delivery of product claims must first be submitted to the customer service department of the company in writing within 7 days of placing the order.

Product not-as-described: or items/services ordered were not as specified by the customer. Any claims of this nature must be submitted to the customer service department within 7 days of purchase. The customer must present evidence that the product/service the customer purchased was not as represented on the website. Complaints based solely on the customer’s misguided expectations or wishful thinking are not a valid basis for a complaint or refund request.

The client wishes to stop recurring payments for product/service and request a refund and is within 7 days of their last payment. If a request for a refund is submitted beyond 7 days, the customer will not be eligible for a refund and will be canceled going forward on any further billing. The customer can continue using the service until the end of the cycle or may choose to stop getting any further product/service right away.
